Air Distribution Manifolds
Air Distribution Manifold
Hi Pro Manifold Series
Parker’s Hi-Pro series distribution manifolds are
supplied as an interconnected assembly utilising Parker Hi-Pro ball valves with
two shut-off functions in one body, mounted on a base plate. Each valve has a
10 mm bore. Unlike many other air distribution manifolds, Parker offers
integral ended connections, which eliminates the need for NPT.
There is a choice of eight configurations, with 4,
6, 8, 10, 12, 14, 16, 18 or 20 valves. The distribution unit features
connections at both ends; either of these can be used as an inlet and the other
can either be blanked off or fitted with a purge valve as a build-to-order
option. Parker can also supply the unit with a single valve connected to the
inlet, enabling users to totally isolate all the outlet valves from the supply
point.
The main inlet and outlet of the distribution unit
offer a choice of connection types and sizes, including 1/4" to 1” female
pipe threads and 1/4" to 2” socket welds, as well as a 2” flange. The
distribution valve outlets can be 1/4" or 1/2" pipe threads.
As standard, the distribution ball valves are
manufactured from 316 stainless steel and have a maximum working pressure
rating of 6000 PSI (414 bar). The valves
are also available in 6Mo versions. There is a choice of PTFE and PEEK seating
materials – the latter offer a temperature range of -54 to 232˚C (-65.2 to
449˚F).
LPAHM Series
Parker's air header distribution manifolds are
widely used in industrial chemical processing, plastic processing and energy
industries and are approved for low pressure applications up to and beyond 175
psi.
Manufactured from AISI 316 stainless steel the air
header distribution manifold offers complete customer system compatibility that
reduces installation time and potential leak paths. The coded welded
construction with non destructive tested design
minimises the number of potential leak paths,
rather than fabricating with instrumentation connections with tubing, therefore
reducing labour costs.
The air header distribution manifolds are designed
for use with air only and are supplied with a number of lockable ball valves on
opposite sides, right side or left side only to prevent unauthorized access.
Features/Benefits:
• Lockable handles as standard prevent accidental
manual actuation of outlet valve
• Lightweight ball valve design
• Reduction in assembly time
• 316L Stainless Steel body
• 316L nominal bore body as standard removes the
possibility of internal scaling
• 2“ nominal bore header
• Greater volume capacity supporting fluctuations
in air compressor supply
• Welded body construction
• Guaranteed full penetration welds - coded
welding and Non Destructive Testing (NDT) as standard
• Flanged and threaded inlet options
• Four support feet welded for wall mounting
H Series
Distribution Manifold (6000 Psi)
Parker's H-Series distribution manifold unit
offers choice of 5 or 10 metal seated needle valves with PTFE gland packing,
‘H’ series head assemblies for easy operation and positive bubble tight shut
off.
H Series Distribution manifold valve provides a
compact manifold body that accepts a user-defined choice of five or 10
metal-seated needle valves - rated for pressures up to 6000 PSI (414 Bar).
Users can also specify numerous build options including the addition of a
single isolate valve connected to the inlet. As standard, 2 connections (one at
each end of common size) will be provided. One of these will be utilised by the
user as an inlet, the other can be either blanked off or fitted with a valve to
facilitate purging. Should a purge valve be required then the style should be
clearly stated at enquiry stage. Parker can connect a single isolate valve to
the inlet to act as a primary isolate valve allowing the user to totally
isolate all the outlet valves from the supply point. Such a requirement must be
stated at enquiry stage, the valve style should be clearly specified. These
additional valve requirements will be structured into the part number at
quotation stage.
Features/Benefits:
• Globe style needle valve metal/metal seat with
retained operating key
• 5 or 10 valves (between 5 & 10 will be
supplied as 10 way - redundant outlets can be plugged by user)
Applications:
• Distribution and control of low pressure
instrument air or plant air
• High pressure instrument or hydraulic lines
Markets:
• Oil and gas offshore and onshore
• Petrochemical
• Chemical
• Plastic processing
• Industrial chemical processing
• Power generation
