Fire Pump Relief Valve -108 FC Series

The Model 108FC automatically relieves excess fire pump discharge pressure, to prevent the pressure from exceeding the rating of the fire system components. The normally closed, spring loaded pilot, sensing pump discharge pressure, opens when pressure exceeds the spring setting, allowing the main valve to open. As the pump pressure increases the pilot controls the main valve to open further. Pressure is maintained at the controlled set point over a wide range of flows regardless of back pressure in the downstream piping. The valve closes gradually as pressures decrease below the set point.

Fire System Pressure Control Valve - 129 FC Series

The Model 129FC automatically reduces high pressure in building riser pipe to a pressure that can be easily handled by the components it supplies. The normally open, spring loaded pilot, sensing downstream pressure, responds to changes in pressure and causes the main valve to do the same. The net result is a constant modulating action of the pilot and main valve to hold the downstream pressure constant.

Pressure Relief/Pressure Sustaining Automatic Control Valve - A108 Series.

The A108 Series Pressure Relief/Pressure Sustaining Automatic Control Valve has a wide range of applications: anywhere a system must be protected from pressures that are too high (relief) or too low (sustaining). The normally closed, spring-loaded pilot, sensing upstream pressure, responds to changes in pressure and causes the main valve to do the same. The net result is a constant modulating action of the pilot and main valve to hold the upstream pressure constant. The pilot system is equipped with a closing speed control that fine tunes the valve response to the system variables. Proudly made in the USA.

Differential Pressure Control Automatic Control Valve - A110 Series

The A110 Differential Pressure Control Automatic Control Valve controls the pressure difference between two points in a system. It has a wide range of applications: anywhere an increase in the sensed pressure differential causes the valve to open. The normally closed, spring-loaded pilot, sensing two pressure points, responds to changes in the pressure difference and causes the main valve to do the same. The valve opens on increased differential. The net result is a constant modulating action of the pilot and main valve to hold the pressure differential constant. The pilot system is equipped with a needle valve response speed control that fine tunes the valve response to the system variables. The high-pressure sensing point is typically at the valve inlet, while the low-pressure sensing point can be valve outlet or remotely connected, e.g., pump suction.

Pressure Reducing Automatic Control Valve - A127 Series

The A127 reduces a higher upstream pressure to a constant, lower downstream pressure regardless of fluctuations in supply or demand. The normally open, spring loaded pilot, sensing downstream pressure, responds to changes in pressure and causes the main valve to do the same. The net result is a constant modulating action of the pilot and main valve to hold the downstream pressure constant. The pilot system is equipped with an opening speed control that fine tunes the valve response to the system variables.

Diaphragm Check Valve - A94 Series

A94-1 Check valve with controlled opening primarily used on the discharge of pumps, the model A94-1 can be used anywhere reverse flow must be prevented and where it is important to control surges when pumps are started.
