Coiled Tubes
Sandvik Stainless steel Seamless Tubes - Coiled Type
Sandvik seamless stainless steel coiled tubing
Coiled
tubing increases the integrity of the overall system, reducing not only the
risk of leakage but maintenance costs as well. By reducing the number of
connections in your system, you make it easier to install, especially in
vertical installation applications. Coiled tubing can be cut according to exact
requirements. They are available in single coils or multiple coils orbitally
welded together. Since lengths of coiled tubes can be cut according to need,
there’s less labor and no scrap. Together, all these benefits result in
significant cost savings over time. If required, the coiled tubing can be
supplied with a PVC coated surface for double corrosion protection.
Seamless stainless steel Tubes for Instrumentation & hydraulic applications
Sandvik’s Hydraulic tubes and instrumentation tubes in a comprehensive
range of corrosion-resistant stainless steels and nickel alloys All sizes are
supplied with smooth surfaces and close dimensional tolerances reducing the
risk of leakages when connecting tubes with couplings.
Standard delivery form for Sandvik
hydraulic and instrumentation tube is straight lengths of 6 meters, but tubes can also be delivered as coiled tubing,
contributing to reduced installation costs.
Tubes with high
cleanliness
Sandvik hydraulic tubes and instrumentation tubes are characterized by high cleanliness, and tubes with OD larger than 5 mm (0.196 in.) can be delivered with plugged ends for transport protection against inside contamination
